2007 Body, Mind, Spirit Expo
Saturday, October 20, 2007 from 9:00am – 4:00pm, the Living Healthy Group of Jackson, MI is hosting its 2007 Body, Mind, Spirit Expo at 1200 N. West Ave, Jackson, MI 49201 (rear entrance of Lifeways/Community Connections). $3.00 per person donation requested at the door or $5.00 per two people in the same party.
Education is the key to leading a healthier life – naturally. The Body, Mind, Spirit Expo starts you on the path to a healthier lifestyle. Educational sessions, held throughout the day, feature Dr. Kathleen Anzicek, DO of Grass Lake Medical Center. Dr. Anzicek’s session on Self Care begins at noon. Other topics include Animal Health, Aging Gracefully, Guided Imagery, Healing Touch, Healthy Home, Massage Therapy, Organic Agriculture/Food, and Reflexology. Dedicated vendors help you find products to begin a healthier life. Featured vendors include Absolute Bodyworks, Earth Release, Essential Energies Holistic Center, Gaia Center for Herbal Studies and Natural Therapeutics, Herbalife, LifeWays, NaKee Natural, Recycling Jackson, Spiral Healing & Energy Medicine, The 24-7 Shop, The Holistic Animal.
Living Healthy – The Natural Way is a non-profit group dedicated to encouraging and promoting the natural healing arts and sciences in the community by providing opportunities for personal growth through educational programs and events.
