Karen Hart, Ypsilanti's planning and development director, presented City Council with several options for Water Street. She will be making her suggestion on June 5.

| The poll question is incomplete. An appropriate additional answer would be to "Develop a portion of the site as a demonstration or catalyst project, such as the southwest corner of Park and Michigan or the southwest corner of River and Michigan." At the very least, add an "Other" option. |
