Karen Hart, Ypsilanti's planning and development director, presented City Council with several options for Water Street. She will be making her suggestion on June 5.

The poll question is incomplete. An appropriate additional answer would be to "Develop a portion of the site as a demonstration or catalyst project, such as the southwest corner of Park and Michigan or the southwest corner of River and Michigan." At the very least, add an "Other" option.
